The location of this unit was perfect for what we needed and the space in the house was great for our family of 4. This was a second floor unit, so there are stairs outside to get into it. Not a huge problem for us, but unexpected. There is also another rental unit underneath which was occupied for part of our stay. We usually try to find standalone places or ground floor places so our kids don’t have to be as wary of their loud walking. There is some road noise and a bar next door that didn’t bother us too much, but something to be aware of. Joseph himself was a great host and very responsive! We would rent with him again, but maybe choose a different property for what we need.
Very nice place to stay! Will definitely stay again at same place or other properties owned by them.
