- **Chenelle**: "I unexpectedly stayed at two of Joseph’s properties with my three children and will not book again. The first property had NO HOT WATER (which I didn’t discover until late after clinicals), one bedroom was freezing despite the heat, the bathroom smelled like urine, and the ceiling fan light didn’t work. I called and tried troubleshooting the water heater & was told I could find another place and I’d be refunded. There was also a water boiler on the counter, which made it seem like this may have been known. Around 10 PM, I switched to another one of his properties, going from a 3bedroom to a 2bedroom, which was not ideal for my family. At the second property, I wasn’t told someone was staying in the attic. There was a dog barking at night and noise overhead in the morning, dog waste all over the yard, and a torn trash bag outside with garbage spilling out. I have video to support this. I received a partial refund for downsizing, but due to the overall inconvenience I believe a full re" (6/5)

Just make sure you always have your shoes on there’s a couple rusty nail sticking up out of the porch in the front and the deck in the back and there’s also dog poop in the front yard.
